commissions, I wish the hourly rate was a couple of bucks more but, cant have it all :)

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Agents put in the work, I'm not saying that we should get $600GYD an hour but $500GYD would be better, after all money is an motivation.

Get paid more than minimum wage but definitely could be paid better especially on incentives. Stop changing the goal
