They are focused on the best outcomes for the company, employees, and customers

Their transparency and being available to talk to employees whenever needed. Open door policy, whether remote or in the Cambridge office.

They seem to really care about the people who work at the company, and about the goals we're all working to achieve.

They're all approachable. I feel comfortable walking up to anyone on the SLT and either having a casual conversation or more importantly, a conversation related to our work. This has not been the case with me at my previous companies. Their status in SLT put them on a pedestal.

The pay. Although after switching from my spouse's benefits to QB benefits, we learned that on each paycheck we are bringing in an additional $400, and we're getting better healthcare now for our family than we were before.

What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is willing to help and there is no power struggle. This company really has the one team one dream mentality where everyone works together. Nobody tried to take credit for what other people do.
