Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I think salary should be fair between everyone on the team.

The quality of work I provide hasn't ever matched my salary. It appears as though I'm given increases based on what my salary is at the time and not based on my actual work. I'd feel better about my compensation is if it was comparable to similar roles inside and outside the company.

I am not confident that there is equity amongst the compensation on the people team. Given my hard work ethic, years of experience, and workload I think I could be compensated more fairly and equitable amongst other team members with the similar background and experience.

Because we are remote and extremely busy rn we have very little team engagement/ interaction. We only communicate if necessary

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I'm having issues with my manager. They only reach out to me about negative things, and they do not encourage our team to bond. They discourage it. I'm made to feel stupid and like socializing with my team at all is wrong.

What do you like best about your company?
Family oriented. You are not treated like a number but as a person. I love that they know me by name even though there are a thousand plus employees. Additionally, your room for growth is extraordinary here. Most people I see working here have been here five years plus because they're happy.
