They have a clear vision for the company and where it should go and are great at executing on that vision. They are connected to what's happening, instead of being aloof and disconnected like many companies this same size. I feel that they care deeply about the company and its employees.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
ESPP (although quarterly vest would be even better) but lots of other great benefits

The opportunity for equity is fantastic. The sheer number of benefits we have access to is also a huge perk to working here. The pay is quite competitive for where I live.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone in all teams seems willing to help and share knowledge. No "silos" where people are afraid to share their knowledge or they might lose their jobs

One of Rapid7's core values is "Bring you." This seems like such an easy concept, but so many companies get this wrong. Rapid7 means it when they say they want you to bring you and your uniqueness to work with you each day. Rapid7 is committed to diversity, and this is part of why we're good at it.

What did you like most about the interview process?
The Panel! , I had the chance to speak to different teams and get an idea of the company culture.

Meetings started and ended on time. People were consistently positive about the company but didn't sugar coat the challenges. They wanted to be sure I understood the challenges and would be committed to the team and building solutions to address the problems.

I get to be involved in a wide variety of things as part of my job. Each day is interesting and has the potential for learning and enrichment. I'm seldom ever bored here, and not because it's insanely busy, but because it's busy and interesting at the same time.
