I was hired in making more than everyone else in the kitchen. Unfair.

We do not receive medical but we do have a choice when it comes to vacation.we can get paid time off or work and get an extra paycheck. Plus bonuses for every year we stay as long as we are over 30 hours

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Management cannot handle their emotions and are taking it out of workers, daily. Menu items are constantly changing and with our restaurant being so small, our guests are frequent, and they are not happy.
