Sanford Health: They could start by hiring competent staff. I've been to Sanford hospitals many times as last resorts and my problems never get solved. You will get charged for everything. You can't even breath without getting charged. Literally. They hooked me up to oxygen while I was asleep for no reason.

Vivint: Everything, especially customer service it is terrible. A representative from Citizens Pay caught one of your representatives in a lie and called her hand on it. That is when it really went south. This makes the second time we have been hung up on by your representatives.
BJ's Wholesale Club: Workers are overworked so much that it honestly reflects back onto the customers. I've heard countless people saying how the service is better at the other competing wholesale club and this is pretty much the reason.

Ricoh USA: They can give better raises. They gave me a 1% raise which = .16 cents. 80 hours = 12.80 a month = 25.60 . How are you supposed to live of this. I can't pay bills with a .16 cent raise. Ricoh makes a lot of money, and they can barley pay there employees.

Publix Super Markets: Long time customer, began primarily in the Atlanta-area. Moved to Clarksville, TN a few years ago. Unfortunately, while still a loyal customer, I have experienced a bit of a drop-off in your once stellar customer service - especially considering prices. Still better than competition, and recommend.
Spectrum: Customer service is extremely lacking in any consideration toward your consumer base.
Sears Home Services: Sears service direct should remove the word "service" from their name. They make it extremely difficult to contact a human. When I finally get a human I don't understand their Indian accent. I've ordered parts and get the wrong one and then get stuck with the shipping charges (non-refundable).

Each member of the executive team assigned to the needs to make regular contact and provide support to the sales team. This is never!!

But I'm having to pay for a service that I normally use (WYFF) 5-7 hours day and can't service. This has been going on for a month.

Sedgwick: This company is absolutely backwards. The money spent on claims is astronomical despite often droppung or leaving claims unfinished. It defies logic that they are turning any sort of profit.

Brinker International: The managers have favorites that they cater to way too offen and the managers also create their own rules. Some of which arent even legal.
J. C. Penney: I am not supported in getting new customers or retaining customers. The nail area I work in is 60 degrees, no customers want to come in for service or come back. I am committed to customer satisfaction and retention. beyond frustrated

Menards: Supervision have a quick response on sectioning out an employee rather than checking on the true facts about the situation therefore caused them to loose a very good person from there store, the supervisor lost his temper and instantly Fired the employee
