Pottery Barn: Failure to notify customer when order is cancelled. Should have something in place to advise customerd timely, not when a customer calls in. Then ordering furniture should have been notified the NOW charge your credit card for the full amount at ordering. Not me, 5 months ahead of time!

Sunrun: I enjoyed training and learned a lot and my first few months were nice, but after advanced training and being talked to about how long my calls are taking on a weekly basis has given me a bad vibe with this company. Stats are almost too important and things feel very superficial to me.

Brookdale Senior Living: I have been harrased by management at work daily. And falsly accused with no voice and no way to stand up for myself. The residents are mistreated and forced to do things. Theres been video proof of the accusations being false and HR AND management has refused to pull video footage.

DXC Technology: I have been with DXC for nearly 2 years. It started out pretty slow in terms of work and getting to know people, I often questioned and had doubts about being utilized to my maximum potential with no clear vision of future. Things are changing and I see hope to do more for my and company growth.
DXC Technology: These have been 2 years of significant learning, with an incredible team that has ensured a great experience. The company maintains a good working environment, and my team is highly collaborative, which makes day-to-day tasks simpler and allows me to enjoy my work.
Fifth Third Bank: The process for getting a lien release letter is ridiculous and due to the incompetence and multiple mistakes I have had to go through the process twice because of Fifth Third Bank does NOT empower nor give their employees the tools they NEED to make it right for their customers. Very Sad! Do better
National Grid: Calle CS as I couldn't get on my account they sent a verrification nunber which tiik greater than 10 min. to get so when entered it was invaled. thias happened atleast 12 times with no help. So he sent a message to the technical dept. but he said it will take two weeks to fix. No good service.
H&R Block: Clients come in expecting the worse and happy with a larger refund

Menards: Some issues with management picking and choosing who has to follow the rules and who doesn't; mainly rules reguarding uniform. Also, some issues with gatekeeping even basic training. Overall, though I enjoy woking at menards so far.
Apple: Attention to detail and Quality
DXC Technology: The people I work with each day.
Kroger: They treat the plays like there's a number not a person. They don't want you to do 11 hours work within 8 hours. They changed their managers too much and too often. Some of them are outright b i c t h.
Ashley Furniture: never buy the extended warranty! My wife and I bought a couch that had a leather look but was vinyl covered. I was worried about the covering wearing off, the salesman sold us the extended warranty, when a spot did wear away I called was told it would only cover accidents. Not what we were told.
Tesla: terrible since I got injured
Jack in the Box: I had a great time at my company and learned alot of new things
Caseys General Stores: I would like to thank a gentleman that works in the county line and Arlington location in Greenwood. He told me his name was Troy and 3 weeks ago I ordered 10 pizzas and everything was great. He was very courteous to my family and was a professional. Please tell him thank you for such great service

BJ's Wholesale Club: Thw Bjs where i currently work, the assistant store manager does not look after the employees who serve the company. The store manager always delegates to rhe assistant store manager so employee morale in the store is rock bottom

Forest River: Purchased a 2022 FR Wildwood Toyhauler that leaked from day one. It has been to dealer, Camping World many times. The first repair was covered under warranty now they state the repairs are going to cost us 26 hrs in repairs. Not happy with Forest River or Calping World.
7-Eleven: Poor unorganized favortism drama awful
The Hartford: Not a pay-per-performance culture. Very internally focused, all about not rocking the boat
OTIS: Otis service manager over promise and under deliver.
Aetna: Customer service. Remote offshore call centers are often inefficient and poorly managed
JetBlue Airways: Best airline, great service and pricing
NTT DATA: Typically it has been engaging, interesting and flexible. Recent restructuring efforts were done without fully considering business impact. As a result, both clients and employees will suffer.
Akzo Nobel: The brand quality is impeccable. My painter initially told me not to buy it as it's gonna be expensive but in actual it was much cheaper as the drums I bought had much more coverage than the others in market like Nippon,Brighto etc. . Basically their one drum is equivalent to other companys 2 drums
Publix Super Markets: Customer servise ia horrible on the phone. This lady was laughing when i asked why she was laughing she simply saod "she can" wow before i was able to say anything she transfermed me! If you goong to say you have the Best Customer Service - Please start wity your Office people!!!

DXC Technology: There are many career opportunities and good learning resources. Pay is below industry standard, raises are non-existent, and benefits are worse each year. There is constant cost cutting and WFRs instead of making systemic improvements resulting in low morale, impacting productivity & innovation.
Family Dollar Stores: In all honesty I really don't care if you improve or not! Family Dollar fire me as a customer after the 3rd strike of customer abuse by your employees at 4387 Callaghan Rd San Antonio,Tx 78228 Tn 210 591-6220. The employees are so unhappy,rude. Attitude can build or destroyed everything.
Taco Bell: Shift lead Tajinae and Keyshawna have everyone else do their work while they go outside to smoke pot. They are bullies and don’t treat their coworkers with respec
Panera Bread: In Panera of centreville. Are two supervisos. Who used to have, a very BAD. WAY to talk to other cooworkers. My Son where suffered arrasment too

DXC Technology: Overall, the best part about working at DXC is the flexible, remote environment and the family culture. The downside is the compensation, the rigid hierarchy that stifles interaction and ability to openly communicate as well do one's job as necessary.

Pottery Barn: pricing and loyalty members with rewards .. system froze and took 2 hrs to get an order .. on hold 25 mins, supervisor was 10th in queue and can’t find rewards even though Williams Sonoma in store said I am in system for rewards by my phone number. I want discounts applied to last 3 purchas

DXC Technology: It has been a rollercoaster experience. DXC constantly changes its processes, which made my learning curve and commitment slow. It was challenging to adapt and feel like a part of the company. But overall, it has been an experience filled with learning and resilience.

Chick-fil-A: The motto most caring company in the world does not carry over to the way the employees are treated. Employees are regularly denied breaks despite having signed the handbook stating they will receive a 30 minute break for every 4 hours. Operator encourages employees to work unpaid.
Southern Company : Great benefits, average pay, hard work, great and flexible work hours, sometime lack of communication from managment.

Tesco: Its like working in a playground where the managers walk around with a power trip, you even sneeze you get a let's talk... They treat you like robots, don't allow for simple human error.. Mistakes happen but Tesco wanna threaten you with the sack.

Dyson: Dyson Customer service is now absolutely appalling, overpriced, and unreliable products. Overseas contact centre consisting of incompetent staff with little or no product knowledge. What used to be a world class product, with world class support is now very sadly lacking.

DXC Technology: too much leadership changes and organizational restructurings. employees working in high cost countries have serious difficulties to get assigned to new projects even though we are hit by a high inflation in my country, there is a clear decline from leadership to adjust salaries at least a bit

DXC Technology: This is a great company, sometimes with bureaucratic processes. Would like better salary vrs work we do. Sometimes, makes me feel I don't have a balance in life/work. I like to work in DXC, but the market offers better opportunities and salaries in multinational companies in the country.

WIS International: I cant express enuf how much i hate the baseball hats makes me feel like a ugly kid. An above average salary makes everything better mostly by improving your life, your living environment/situation/class, more reliable transportation, even the persons outlook/hope for their future

Jo-Ann Stores: Loyal employees or those with more than a year of working there are not compensated fairly at all. I've been employed there 5 1/2 years and make just above minimum wage. New employees get paid the exact same amount I do. Employees hired after me, working the same, make more money.
Princess Cruises: Be truthful to customers when booking a cruise.
DSW: They always have a good clearance section
