Tuesday Morning: Incredibly disorganized, no efficient logistics from a corporate standpoint - company would rather allocate MORE tasks to store management, without adequate pay for the amount of responsibility they place on a store-level. Management on a district level is even worse, pay is bottom of the bucket.

Management changing constantly so this isn't uncommon. A fake fun company culture that has does no employee development and uses archaic processes.

Knowles: I started out at the bottom counting metalized standoffs 20 years ago. I have had every opportunity to cross train and learn all that I can about the different departments within the company and worked my way to production supervisor. The company has a real "family" feel to it.

Knowles: Novacap and the Knowles corporation have been excellent for me. Really happy to come to work and help the train move. Very happy with all management level at Knowles. Wish I could go see other sites of Knowles to learn and give/take knowledge.

Knowles: For our division the work life balance at the company is great although I do some disparities between roles. Knowles is overall a good company to work for. They are trying to adjust to meet culture standards and requirements, but could do a much better job at improving things.
