Terminix: Relentless micromanagement by middle management is destroying this company. Most of the branch and service managers have quit, half the technicians also. And the salesman are heading out the door now too, but no one at the higher levels are holding them accountable.

GE Vernova: GE is a good brand and a solid company that makes money which gives it a currency to progress in a changing world. There is not currently a clear plan to spend that currency. It pays well and is broadly meritocratic, but there is still too many cooks in the kitchen which leads to bureaucracy.

Sun Chemical: I just started a year ago and within that time it has been mind blowing. I done seen this lady, I think she is Human Resources, plot against employees because they were black and because she did not want them employed here anymore. Fights everyday and no support system.
RealPage: They hire very talented, qualified, hardworking people, only to disempower, infantalize, and severely micromanage those same qualified people. I was excited for work each day until it broke my spirit. The main plus is fantastic coworkers - making it more of a shame to watch them quit one by one.

Sport Clips: I am currently working at a franchise store and can't wait to find somewhere else to work. The level of harassment that occurs on a daily basis is shocking and the manager is the worst. Constantly coming in late and leaving early, bribing coworkers, working under the influence, and verbally abusive.
Capstone Logistics: Co-workers need to remain active and not sit around on there cell phones or talking to other employees for more than thirty minutes, while one person is consistantly working.

Itron: I do like my job. I just think there are things that need to change. For one our employers at itron tell us to stay home if not feeling well especially during covid. Well if you do you still get i trouble for missing work. Even with a doctors note. We get 40 hours a year , if i get sick for a week.
Agropur: Lack of authority, people get away with doing nothing all day, but oh if you are sweating working hard they come at you if you slack for a moment to catch a breath, if someone has an issue with you and go to higher ups they don't even consider your half of the story and treat you like a number.

Zebra Technologies: Talent in EU is not promoted as much as putting in hours running your political campaign. A shame really, the potential is there, sort of professionally driven, but as mentioned - a bit corrupted in EU.

MUSC: I am not very happy to be forced to get state retirement. I was not at a competitive salary before that bought the hospital I work at and now to be forced to give up another 9% means I can not survive on the wages that I make. Now I must find another job because I cannot afford to work for MUSC.

Sick: The company truly values its employees and it shows. Compensation is high. Benefits are high. Management communicates appropriately to employees. As a result, morale is up, sales are high, and bonuses are consistent.
Alliance HealthCare Services: The culture is toxic and abusive. Management makes decisions that are not based in fact but on nepotism and cronies. Management in operations dictate sales when then they have never participated in the sales or in the environment of sales. Small minded data analysts are driving this company.

Dunkin': Managers are completely unprofessional. I was sexually harassed by my general manger almost daily while working with the company and punished by receiving no hours by the GM when I wouldn't hang out outside of work.
Dunkin': Worked at Dunkin fo over 2 years thru the pandemic which was a very stressful time more work no raises new workers are paid more than old employees
Kemper: The environment hasn't been great. Despite over a decade in my field, I'm treated as though I'm new to the industry. If you hire people to do only what they've done before, there isn't even room to advance by coming to the company
Core-Mark International: 60% are real good workers, dedicated and proud of what we do. Too bad that the management team is not professional and treat people totally different based on how much rhey loke or dislike an employee.

Talked about me being "bad" at certain aspects of the job to someone same position as me. I left this job in a worse emotional state
