Alkami Technology: Like the company leadership. flexible work environments
Smartsheet: So far I like working here but everything has been very unstable. 2 months into the role and my position gets closed. I am moving into a new role and applying for a different one at the same time. It's been hard to find stability

ASSA ABLOY Entrance Systems: I believe the company as a whole is great but is also its own worst enemy. Making too many processes involving too many people who aren't customer facing. Allows people who aren't customer facing to have the power over the customer when they don't seem to care like the local team.
ASSA ABLOY Entrance Systems: 14 years, 5 separate BUMs, 3 changes to Operations manager, many changes to operations staff = instability.
