Collaborating and supporting the field team. Decisions are made that effect us everyday without considering how those decisions will hinder us. Some say we are the "secret sauce" of the company and we are important. We are treated like the "secret sauce" left in the back of the fridge and forgotten.

abandon the call center atmosphere. let up on the management by numbers. more high quality on the job training. stop the Upstander training, which is thinly disguised ideological training. let people have their own ways of thinking. too many distractions. more direct people management.

Personally, I live in California and this job is at the lower end of the pay scale for this position. There are people in my position in California making double what i make. I like the convenience of being at home but a fairer compensation would be nice.

I think AP hangs on to too many people that are either not wanting to work or that will not quit because they need a paycheck. I just do not like the precedence it sets to the rest of us who work hard.

I actually have never felt less apart of a "team". The atmosphere is work, work, work. Never a break. We need team builders. Too many mtg's on referrals. Micromanaging team leads. Treat us adults not kids. We're not Machines.
