What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team is passionate about getting the models out to the clients. It seems like the leadership team has a vision.

There are definitely great leaders and mentors at RMS, happy to see them around though they are in different teams it's always a pleasure to talk and take career advice.

The team provides good insight into XCOM and leadership meetings through InsideRMS and other forums, as well as broad communication. They can also be available for meetings that need to occur as needed to get through tough decisions and planning

What is the best part about your compensation package?
I would say it is the Base Salary.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
There are times when some people leave, their positions are not backfilled and the work is distributed. It can be overwhelming at times when the work is added but the compensation is not changed.

We communicate with a broad audience and most of the time end up going above and beyond the role and responsibilities to the job function. This takes time and effort that requires motivation and compensation that matches the efforts

Our team is more structured and has greater visibility compared to some other teams.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone and everything is appreciated at the company. the people are usually positive and accommodate changes.

There are times it is understood you need to shut down and enjoy some wins whether big or small with your coworkers through happy hours, holiday events, and smaller team building activities initiated by leadership.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Larger levels of communication between important teams and members of teams to create a unified roadmap and prioritization of goals/products. Transparency that comes from the top down with additional leadership training is needed.
