Shes a great lady over worked under appreciated and takes alot of heat that doesnt belong to her. But she need to stop lieing to everyone its hurting the manager employee relationship.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
the system is rigged to go against the tech if doing the procedure properly. the only techs i see in advanced roles are taking shortcuts to be in good stance with the system.

The new pay plan is not what we wanted its what investors wanted. The employees wanted QCI with no NPS or product issue TVQ Elimination from bonus. Just saying if you drop peoples pay during a economic crisis due to a lack of wiper sales not workmenship issues they will quit.

Thr company guves thier employees terrible equipment to work with ! Puting them in danger in un inspected vehicles and forcing them to service the companies vans on their days off !!! Wildly inappropriate

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Training is horrible, i feel ive learned more from the least exp ppl on the job then actual trainers, my hours are being logged improperly. Just all around feel like im not recieving a proper training, i came to safelite to experience a new career but its not going very well in my opinion

When the rock was born local customer service died. Customers are unhappy in truth but the way the company has the pay scale set employees have to beg customers to lie on surveys. By telling them the truth on how it will negatively effect the tech meanwhile the issues live on.

Time management in our shop we’re are worked till we are exhausted with no breaks in a 8-10 hr work day. My manager never can talk to us and seems to never know what’s going on in the shop as they only come out to either smoke or leave for their lunch hour!
