I assume this question is referring to my manager and direct leadership. Manager is 10/10, former technician, he knows the struggle and tries to make it better. The rest literally don’t care, they are puppets of the higher leadership;

The Technicians. You learn from them and they learn from you. Company trains you on the basics and you learn the rest on your own. You bounce things off coworkers to learn and become more knowledgeable

300 characters is not enough, and that’s not drama: it is fact. The company needs to slow down and stop trying to conquer the industry with new accessories and killing techs by adding extra unnecessary steps to an already lengthy process, then giving 6 jobs on the road or trip
