Rational problem solvers who will never play favorites. They balance the needs of customers, drivers, and Schneider in very good faith. Safe and respectful culture. I've been a driver for 4 years with them and would continue on as a leader if they had openings in my area. Wonderful company.

Driver pay is quite good. No it's not too pay for the industry, but it's good enough and is worth it considering Schneider is such a wonderful employer. Can't put a price on safety and integrity.

This company has a nasty habit of heaping more and more work on their office associates without compensating them for taking on additional responsibilities.
