The pay that was raised from 18.50/hr to 23/hr according to DHMF switching to union that Securitas deemed it necessary to raise the pay for non-DHMF employees.

Because other companies that are smaller pay better and offer paid health insurance. And PTO . They don't appreciate the faithful workers staying with them throughout the years. They compensate new employees better than the employees they been having for years

The level of work compared to pay is lacking. To be trusted with securing persons and property is a big deal and employees should be paid accordingly. Security should be making more than minimum wage and they shouldn't have to continuously ask about their benefits
