Sensyne is a great company with some exceptionally talented people. It's a little more bureaucratic than it used to be and the communication is sometimes lacking. It doesn't feel as receptive to solutions being offered from the teams to address some of the challenges the company face.

The company has great potential and a great mission however i do not feel that it truely values its employees. Employees need to understand their individual value, which often can be achieved simply by defining a role and then entrusting them to do it. At the moment this is not happening well

I feel the company structure has gone on a negative trajectory lately and means work is repeated or unnecessary which takes away from valuable work. The team I work with on a daily bases are great and push me. There are some teams that do not respect my role and reflects negatively on my experience

Share options are very motivational in a company of Sensyne's stage of development as I feel I can have a direct impact on the trajectory of the value. The car scheme is very good as well.

The level of communication from the SMT used to be great and you felt very connected to what was going on and where things sat in terms of priority. The consistency of communication isn't where it once was and that has a demotivational effect on the teams.
