I would appreciate if our leadership would actually lead, and not manage. They have a motto, "do as I say, and not as I do". it's all about what is best for the company, and not what's best for the employee or the customer.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Being able to make commission. The amount of money I take home is entirely up to me and the effort I put in.

What did you like most about the interview process?
The length. It is a six step interview process. Going in, it is overwhelming and seems like a lot. But after, you truly know if this is a good fit for you and vice versa. I wouldn't change it.

Pay employees fairly. We have very poor leaders in the company. Hire more workers, so we can take care of our customers, and take care of the employees with better work balance. My direct manager, has no idea what is actually going on, or doesn't care.
