I feel like Smartsheet has consistently sat significantly below the market average on compensation, it is simply a fact. I'd feel better if my compensation was more in line with market reality.

Now that we don't gain equity as part of a public company, increase salary to align with industry standards and bring back free health care. The overall value of the package of working here has decreased, especially as customer-facing roles have to continue to deal with the confusion of USM.

USM rollout is a failure and front line account teams have to take the brunt. Constant changing an no advance awareness (DS going BACK to per sku in August, but no awareness unless stumbling on road map line item). We're pushing customers now to consumption (they're no happy) but it'll change again
