One manager in my leadership team is literally the worst manager I've worked for in my 22 year career. This problem is know by staff and management in other teams and talked about openly. For some reason, my management team has not eliminated this problem.

Company needs to start taking employee feedback survey. All the smart people leave because the compensation is very low. Compensation needs to be increased and stocks should be given to employees in senior role's at least. CEO was given 98 million pay in 2016.

Mgmt needs to listen to the experts they hire. Mgmt incententive should not be based upon stupid goals set by upper mgmt that doesn't understand their jobs. They should be given incentive based upon finding and retaining talent that has a proven track record.
