my particular group is amazing and the provider i work for is amazing. Its the company itself that is the issue

awesome benefits and incentives and fair pay

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Because we are paid under a group job title not individual performance, we are paid poorly. cost of living has gone way up and most of us cannot pay our bills. We deserve better from a company that is faith based while the executives make plenty of money and expect us to work harder with less help

A raise would be nice. None of us make what we deserve, and when asking for a raise after 10 years of employment, being offered SIX CENTS is a slap in the face.

I would like them to pay for our Health Care premiums and not have deductibles.
