What is the best part about your compensation package?
I appreciate the retirement match. The generous PTO is nice, but I never use it.

I have been able to cultivate a relationship with a partner company, that 3 people before me have not been able to. I also take on 2 other teams work on top of my own

What are some of the best things about your team?
I really enjoy the personalities and interactions within our team. Our team is somewhat diverse in backgrounds, but very diverse in personalities, yet for the most part, we all get along quite well. My team is a large part of the reason I enjoy coming to work every day.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The most positive part about the culture of our company is the willingness to learn and grow. Because of that, I feel comfortable going to my superiors with questions and/or concerns.
