PTO is enough to have time away from office and paid holidays are significantly more than the minimum.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I wouldn't say our total compensation is in keeping with the other technology companies in the area. Base salary is but bonuses and stock awards seem pretty low in comparison. Similarly, our medical benefits are costly and we don't get a match on our 401K until after a year...
