What do you like best about the leadership team?
They set the standard as good role models.

The leadership team can assign significant amounts of work that have the exact timetable. They seem to be understanding that not all tasks can be achieved in the same amount of time and are able to actively prioritize projects. People are not punished for not being able to achieve all projects.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Bonus every year. Lunches provided by the company. Company outings.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I believe I'm having to do the work of multiple people because other individuals are unable or unwilling to fulfill their own responsibilities.

I don't feel underestimated, but given the various roles I perform, I believe I deserve a slightly higher compensation that at least aligns with the cost of living. Moreover, I'm aware of others in my field who receive higher pay for similar work.

What are some of the best things about your team?
We work together and get priorities done.

The best aspects of my team in particular is the willingness of everyone to pick up slack wherever it is needed. The team as a whole is very unselfish and is quick to switch tasks at a moments notice. We have a culture of comraderie and support that i don't see in a lot of other teams.

Everyone gets along with each other.

Acknowledgement. People who go above and beyond are regularly recognized. Separately i see very little credit being taken from Individual contributors that do a good job.
