Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I'm in a contract role. So i'm not eligible for most of the benefits.

Trimble has a reputation (in Christchurch) for not paying as well as other companies. Having said that, it's great that this year, there was compression adjustments for my year. Plus, job retention is more important than salary in this current environment.

I approached my manager about my low salary (my skills had grown) and was told there was not a process for a pay rise. So I applied for another job in another (Trimble) department and negotioated a (valid) pay rise. A better process for paying people when they have developed skills would be good.
