I started at Trimble when I graduated, so it was my first employer. I think I couldn't have got it any better. It's a great company to work at. Very inclusive culture. Lots of diversity in the company, or at least working towards more diversity.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They communicate transparantly and give you the feeling that you care, every employee is important and a person (not a number in the pool)
