The pay for performance philosophy
Review from HR Dept · Posted 8 days ago
The best part of my compensation package is that the pay is competitive, especially for a fully remote role. It provides good flexibility and work-life balance while still feeling fairly compensated for the work I do.

When I joined this company, they told me about growth, but I have been in the same position for over three years, and that does not help improve my salary or compensation package.
Review from HR Dept
My compensation is not even in the range it should be based on market data. There are other folks who I know are making more than me when I am at a higher level on the job scale than they are.
Review from HR Dept
I don't feel undervalued, I only feel compensation could be higher for the role that I play as there are a lot of different areas of responsibility that are critical to maintaining the office. I also would prefer to be exempt status.

A better, more competitive compensation and an improved benefit package.

Improve accountability and validation of peer feedback. We can work better by documenting verbal agreements to ensure transparency and stop the dismissal of shared project history.

You need to understand that teamwork is not given by hierarchy. That analysts perform the same function, and who is responsible for managing the team is the manager.

My location is in office four days a week and we all try to make it enjoyable by eating together or planning larger team lunches. Several of us engage in the on-site activities like Cinco De Mayo, Trivia and Music in the Pavilion.

The culture would benefit from a stronger emphasis on accountability and radical transparency. Eliminating dismissive behaviors and ensuring that verbal agreements are honored or documented will help prevent gaslighting and create a more respectful, reliable workplace.

Understandable reporting manager. I feel the culture has spoiled when we bring the serviced based person into product company. Their past experience is very much different than the culture or the People here. Midsize leaders or leads should be recruited from the product based company.

The interviewers tried to make it more like a conversation than strictly an interview. They took time to get to know me and dive into my answers.

The 1-1 with our director. It's not everyday that you get to interview with the lead director at such a large company. It meant alot to me.

At an intermediate level career, the ability to meet various members of the team and division, including senior and tenured leaders.

It was a structured interview.
Review from HR Dept
The interview process takes anywhere from 60-90 days to fully complete, sometimes longer if positions are extremely technical. We need to shorten our process to keep up with smaller companies that can make offers after one interview takes place.

A lack of accountability and the dismissal of peer input create a breakdown in trust. Foster a culture of ownership where mistakes are acknowledged. Using written documentation for decisions will ensure transparency and prevent the denial of facts.

The same reason as I said earlier, the reporting manager should be kind and there is a partiality within the team. To target and hire product based employees which will make our culture be the same.
