What do you like best about the leadership team?
I really appreciate their transparency and their availability. They make time to give us the opportunity to exchange with them about any concern we may have and get to know them better, even on a more personal level.

Needs insurance training and financial training

Leadership needs to be more concerned with the way that policy/procedure changes affect the employee workflow/work experience. Many changes have been made recently that make my job harder/take longer/more effort.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Very happy with my insurance coverage. A free pet policy per employee is also great. Overall pleased with benefits, especially for an entry level position.
