There are quite a few things that I really like about the team. The two most important are: (1) our ability to work as a team - there are no hidden agendas, and (2) our ability to have fun together while ensuring we meet our goals.

Meetings are sometimes hard to coordinate with globally distributed teams and different working styles. Many times it's not clear who owns a decision or what the meeting next steps are. Roles, responsibilities, and alignment are unclear/often in flux.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone is open and honest, always looking to help others. They are also open to customers and their feedback, trying to improve all the time.

Culture is obviously important here which is a big positive. The biggest thing that makes my environment is that I am not micromanaged here and thats a huge plus in making me comfortable here.
