Annual Incentive bonus is great

I feel like all benefits have great value. I appreciate that UL has an annual bonus for all employees unlike my previous companies.

Salaries are consistently beneath the competitive market locally. Managers are hesitant to offer market value and focus more on historical internal equity

The approach of the interviewing team, their great energy and ensuring that I felt taken care of through the whole process.

Rather than using data, the process was most likely about getting to know the candidate, trying to vet whether he or she is culturally fit.
