Flex PTO, uncapped commission, competitive base salary. I haven't always been happy with my comp when I compared my quota and challenges to other sales teams but the past two years especially I feel like all is corrected and good.

A higher salary would help as we work on large deals which take a lot of time, energy and travel. A higher salary would offset the upfront costs we pay for work travel (which is expected to clock in at 30% of the time)

Quotas go up year over year but compensation remains the same, meaning each dollar in revenue gained is worth less to the seller. The company does not share the increase in revenue with the sellers who are delivering it.

Hourly rate is sometimes tough. Also, If I set up an opp for a 1 person PLR user, I get paid the same as a 7 person AMS 360 deal. It's give & take, but sometimes that compensation seems a bit lopsided. there should be more accurate $ for commission.

PS needs a reorganization or at least a re-thinking of their compensation goals for certain members. Data Conversion teams need to be self-contained and dedicated full-time. right now, all R&D is perceived as a negative and detracts form their goals. It fosters a resentment for the customer instead

The concept of "ownership" of the client experience by other parts of the org (other than Sales). The lack of urgency around this concept in owning their respective issues tied to their responsibilities manifests itself in a very diminished customer experience.

Many of the individuals I work with I find to be ill-equipped to succeed in the MGA space; no understanding of ISO and of building custom software; inadequate process with MGA to effectively meet and exceed customer needs; Salesforce configuration or lack thereof.
