What is the best part about your compensation package?
Base salary is in line with the market. Commission seems to be set correctly.

Compared to other salespeople in my market, I believe I have one of the better comp plans in the market. Again, I speak only for my team and my market.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Hourly rate should be higher for what we put up with from customers and upper management. Employees are worked until they drop, but then their insurance is so awful they can't see a doctor.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Stop punishing and firing employees over minor infractions. If you do that, you might retain more employees and not have to work your current ones into the grave...sometimes literally.
