Treat the employees better I feel discriminated my supervisor has an relationship with my boss and I been working very hard and she is been cutting me hours just because I said something they been just hanging out I can’t do this so much

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I would feel better if i was treated nicely because im sure NO ONE would want to get teated with attitude and rudeness.

I felt undervalued , i never was trained properly. I never was taught to write people up as a shift manger. I was told rhat just because an empliyee has attuide that jts okay to let them have it. That its just how they are.

We need to invest in a better management team, people who actually care about who they hire and take pride in working with the people who help run the company on a daily basis. Its very frustrating to be understaffed, and people have to work when they are ill because of lack of coverage

I think that my bosses need to be looked into due to what has been happening in ny store. I feel unsafe, everyday i cry when i get home from work. I feel that every time i try and look for help i am told i am wrong and that i caused it
