My direct supervisor does not know how to lead, but the rest of the company is exceptional

Unfortunately, my experience has been one of being undermined by management above me and what I highly suspect (but cannot prove) are illegal employment practices in regards to retaliation.

Free vacations and a lot of vacation time

I do not know if they care about employees.

I work far more than 40 hours per week and if divided out based on the hours worked, I make less per hour than staff members that report to me.
