I have no idea what our 'executive team' do or are working on. When they visit the site, they rarely say hello, let alone interact with the team. Our Director can be quite rude and again, rarely initiates a conversation.

Stop, listen and take action- as we are the ones dealing with our customers daily. Respect us like they want to be respected. Look at the changes with people on FLMA attendance frim WFH VS in the office, be open minded if the performance and attendance is good while WFH, could that be a option

Hiring as we expand. We have grown so much in the past year but we haven't gotten enough employees to balance out the work load so everyone is doing more but we aren't getting fully compensated for it. It's extra work but we didn't get a raise last year when the company made more than ever before.

Half of them need an attitude readjustment. We are supposed to be a team but the morning crew that's been there for over 2 years have formed a little clique that makes it uncomfortable for anyone who's not one of them. And management allows it by promoting them regardless how they treat others

We have a very laid back environment. Music playing that anyone can enjoy. We have a cubical system but I enjoy it immensely because I can see my coworkers. I dont feel like I am in a box and not encouraged to mingle and get to know my coworkers.

The work load just keeps increasing. Our raises got dropped last year, our vacation and PTO hours didn't reset this year. It seems like the CEO is cutting costs to increase his pockets and doesn't care about the people on the bottom of his totem pole.
