In terms of monetary compensation, I think Zulily does exactly what they say they're going to do. They make mid-market offers for the most part. Where I would love to see improvement is in our benefits, particularly PTO. I don't believe our policy is as competitive as it should be.

Empathy for employees. I feel encouraged by my direct leaders to prioritize my personal life and mental health. Everyone genuinely cares about their work and is willing to help teammates out. It's not a competitive environment where I feel like I am competing with my colleagues to get ahead.
