Location based pay is inherently discriminatory. My worth should be decided by my contribution, not by where I live. It affects underrepresented groups disproportionally and should be ended.

Location based pay as employed by HashiCorp is a discriminatory practice based on the old world where jobs are tied to location. The fact that my work isn't being valued as highly as someone living across the border is unfair and disheartening. It perpetuates existing inequalities.
