Been everything I wanted it to be when I joined. I wanted to be part of a team that is building the foundation for the future. My ability to contribution to our strategy and to execute on that strategy is why I came here and is what I'm doing.

We're building something together, founded on our principles that we actually pay attention to.

The benefits. The compensation is industry standard and I've rarely made my OTE, but the health and auxiliary benefits are good.

We're diverse and united. We all care about doing the right thing We all understand our strategy and what we need to do to drive it forward.

Clear North Stars that are communicated and supported. Being able to make decisions knowing that they support the corporate strategy and will be supported by the leadership team is valuable.

Hopefully the RSUs, but that remains to be seen. I think our benefits are pretty good, although it would be good if the family benefits costs were lower (spouse costs $4200pa)

Vision and direction. We have a vision and we articulate it clearly and constantly. Our direction supports that vision and we're free to drive our teams and customer in that direction with the company

the ad-hoc interactions. Which is one of the things I miss about being remote - the casual connections that lead to trust. Our regular chat-roulette connections can be the best 30 minutes of my week.

We're in it together. As a team we've worked hard to be a team and be together with our vision and our strategy. We all care about the tasks at hand and we all do our best.

making progress. The goal is to keep making progress. Some days it slow, some days it fast, some days it's backwards, but as Dori says, "Just keep swimming." Progress comes to those to show up and do the work.

As a remote first company, we need to work hard to ensure that we're making the connections and commitments necessary to bring the teams and the company together. Our openness to communication and transparency across the organization helps me remain committed and engaged.
