Everybody is so pulled apart and estranged. A team doesn't feel like a team because the manager has not engaged them well enough.

They should try to get to know the strengths of the employees, engage more and retain them so that they don't loose the valuable talent.

Not sure if it's across IBM or only in my project but the environment is very toxic. One bad fish can spoil the whole pond.

Each employee should be fairly designated and not cheated upon while joining IBM. The compensation should be corrected as per market standards and an employee should not get stuck in the trap of Compa Ratio and PMR

IBM used to be famous and known for the flexibility it provides its employees but lately, that is not seen, especially in some projects. Micromanagement, objection on taking leave, forcing to go to office even though when going to office takes 5-6 hours of your day and eats up the productivity.
