I would be appreciated if im closing my department alone and taking customer abuse to be paid more and given full medical benefits right away because this stressful job is trigging health problems and not being able to exercise because of these hours doesnt help.

They need to be able to do our entire shift to see what they want is impossible and its not that we're not managing our time, its that one person cannot run 3 departments alone and still get everything done to brand. If you cant and womt do it, dont write up me for not being able to.
