My coworkers. Some guests that come in everyday make it worthwhile. Guests that are nice during the shift make it better to be at work.

When I was promoted I was told I would be getting 35-40 hours. Now my manager says well we never said that and I’m getting 24 hours right now. Hmmm. Worst management ever.

I love my team. They treat me with respect and I treat them the same. We are very open with each other and understand when they aren’t having the best day. My executive manager is the worst.

They need to actually do what they say they are going to do. Not make empty promises. One of my fellow managers asked for a raise and they lied saying they would work on it and it never happened. Certain People who steal on the job aren’t reprimanded and others are. It’s making me want to leave.
