The company was great to work at when I first started, but it is continuously becoming a dreaded part of my day. The managers are inconsistent with their expectations, their attitudes, and their own work ethic. The store leader is not a leader at all, continuously blocking improvement.

I'm happy when I can go into work and do my job without being asked multiple times if I am going to be successful or stopping to cover others shortcomings.

We hire anybody off the street and do not give proper training. So essentially we have a bunch of unknowing employees walking around. It's like the blind leading the blind.

The rate of pay may be higher, however it still isn't a feasible living wage. If, hypothetically, I got into an accident and couldn't work for a few weeks I would be homeless and jobless.

We need to actually train our employees and then encourage good behavior and work ethic. As of now, anytime the managers interact with the team members its to micromanage or berate them for not working quick enough or good enough.
