It’s all about who you know and if they like you there’s nothing to base you off. If you come from a branch with a bad manager then your chances are shot

Was läuft falsch und wie kann es verbessert werden?

They need to focus on their front line businesses meaning their branches, they don’t seem to care if a branch is understaffed and not running properly or managed properly we just get swept under the rug. It never gets fixed I’ve sough elsewhere to work
