The people themselves are fine, are they the most effective? No but people are people, and you can't expect anything more. The issues really start from the top, or corporate and slowly trickles down into the stores between attitudes and policies

When I was finally called back (after a month and several run around stories) it was easy after that show up, took a walk around the store, did some computer stuff and then went to work the next day which was nice

Short staff= lack of product on shelves=dissatisfied customer, which then can turn into an infinite negative loop. I don't even have enough time in my day to stop and say hi to anyone and people get upset over that and then feeds into a more hostile environment
