Micromanaging. Broken clock in systems that is known as MyTime. Poor promotional pool. Everyone is part time other than management and a few grandfathered in employees. Manipulation and lying cultures. Constant and unnecessary store walks that doesn't tell the truth of everyday working environment.

The only positive thing is that I work overnight and I work alone until 3 am. The culture at this store is toxic

They need stability and consistent schedules. They need better work/life balance. This MyTime disrupted a lot of schedules that upper management refuses to make changes to ensure consistency so that we can balance outside of work life. We work to live not live to work

Stop walking stores every 6 weeks or less. Stop micromanaging. Stop lying and put in a override in the MyTime. Stop being about metrics. Stop being about Pennies over People because in the end the company will lose its most experienced employees being replaced by a work force that is weak
