The main claim I have are the customers. We are not trained on how to handle unruly customers. It makes us feel inadequate and our job and worthless as human beings. There should be more rules in place to protect the employees and not always favor the customers.

If a customer as a corporate complaint corporate needs to handle it and not ordinary people working in a call center. Call center workers are not trained on how to handle a corporate complaint and should not be as to do so in the first place because a corporate complaint is corporate responsibility
