we do hire diversity. The company tries to celebrate this with little events that only a few attend. The ones who spend more time trying to get out of work thatn actulally do any. The others have no time for events..because they are trying to make it for lack of help.

I do not have a team. I am 99% of the time working a whole department on my on. We have recently had additional spaces to work and no add employees. No overtime is allowed because the co-managers at the store are scared the will not recieve the full percentage of their bonuses of 10,000 +
