Overall the company has been great. The benefits are the best I have ever had at any job. While there are some sectors that need work cause no company is perfect, overall I love the direction things are going. I am happy to finally be apart of the change and with a manager focused on growth

I would say the leadership team I am with now is great. While I am still getting to know them, the fact they are always present and provide assistance. They make their expectations clear and provide motivation, feedback and encouragement regularly. I no longer consider leaving the company.
