
It's been a challenging and rewarding experience. I have learned that you need to be your own marketer and have to sell yourself to get where you want vs being given promotions or asked to step up just from shear loyalty, hard work, and results. Ask for what you want.

Seems that ppl who have been in the company for years get a compensation penalty vs benefit when compared to new hires who start at the same pay or more then long time employees
