Rob Painter's transparency and honesty. He is very approachable and listens to the employees' needs. Especially European colleagues who may feel a bit "siloed" have a better connection to what is happening in Trimble in NA and globally.

Lots of changes within the team. It seems like changes are happening often (mostly with people leaving) which simply prevents the rest of the team in continuing with the projects and delivering on the goals. Compensation should be adjusted to the local market.
